New Moon Ritual
New moons are a powerful time for new and exciting beginnings. It is a magical time to get clear about what you want to create and manifest in your life. Part of my sacred living practice is to sync my energy up with the current cycles of the moon. This allows me to honor the season and become intentional about what I want to create in my life. Doing this has created powerful shifts and transformations in my life, as well as my clients.
Here is my own new moon ritual and sacred practice to help you recharge and connect to the divine in a deeper way.
You Will Need //
Clearing tools of your choice (i.e. sage, palo santo, etc.)
Candle
Pen and Paper
Create sacred space by lighting a candle to represent the divine within you and all around you.
Next, using a clearing tool of choice. Clear the space around you as well as your own energy body.
Say a prayer : “I now clear this space to allow my desires to flow freely and my heart to be open. And so it is.”
Once done, take a few deep breaths in thru the nose and out of the mouth… allowing your body to get settled and inviting your highest self to be fully present.
Now take your pen and paper and either begin free flow writing about your current desires or choose the prompts below.. set a timer for 3 mins. for each prompt.

What is rising in me…
What do I need to know…
Once done, just reflect on what you have written. No judgement. No need to change anything. Just notice what comes up, if anything.
Finally thank this wise magnificent part of yourself for being fully present.
Sit in silence for a full minute. Noticing how it feels in your body as you experience deep appreciation and gratitude for your soul speaking to you.
After your meditation, blow out your candle with a prayer “ I know release and surrender all my desires to the divine. And so it is”.
Spend the day or evening knowing that your desires have been heard and allow the divine to surprise and delight you with HOW they arrive.
